Items will be mailed once Pay Pal credit card or e-check clears. Domestic purchases of US US $100.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
*Shipping
Shipping is per Pay Pal rules, to confirmed PayPal address. We ship via USPS first class or priority mail. If you would like to add shipping insurance please contact us prior to check out so we can add the cost to your invoice. All items are shipped with delivery confirmation. Orders over US $100.00 will be sent with Signature Verification.
*All sales final. If an order arrives damaged please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. The item must be returned insured and in its original unworn/unused condition. Upon receipt of the item a replacement will be created and sent. Please allow up to 14 days for a replacement to be created.
*Please note that each item made has unique color, shade, pattering and therefore no two items will be exactly the same. Also note, that due to the nature of such items as lampwork beads no two are exactly alike and are often one of a kind; therefore making them irreplaceable
*Custom and Special orders are welcome, Pricing will be based on the item. Special orders are to be paid in full in advance. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for custom orders.
*By purchasing our jewelry, crocheted items and hand crafted creations, you acknowledge reading our Policies and Disclaimers and agree to hold C Turtlez Oddz n Endz harmless for any and all liability that may arise from the use of our jewelry. Do not purchase our items if you are not in agreement to our terms.
*Please be aware that our jewelry may contain leaded products ex. Swarovski® Crystals and or other items. Our jewelry is not intended to be purchased for or used by young children, nor are they intended to be ingested in any manner. Keep all jewelry items away from children under 12 and infants.
*We utilize lampwork glass beads that are kiln annealed by the lampwork artist (no mass imports). Please be aware that it is GLASS and is susceptible to cracking or breaking if dropped, handled roughly, or subjected to extreme, sudden temperature changes. Sculptural lampwork beads such as three dimensional flowers, leaves, animals, etc. are especially susceptible to breaking.
*The properties of glass are such that it is subject to thermal expansion when introduced to high temperatures (e.g., worn into a jacuzzi or sauna) and may break or crack.
*Please discontinue use if cracks, shattering, or defects occur and take the necessary precautions when discarding broken pieces in order to avoid injuries. As with any broken glass, sharp edges may cause physical injuries and/or damages.
*Shipping and handling expenses are NOT included in the items purchase price. These expenses are an estimate only, depending on the shipping options. Please pay for insurance as we are not responsible for items lost in the mailing process.
